Create an Account

1. Visit inki.so
2. Sign up with email or Google
3. Start writing right away

Choose Where to Write

Use Inki in a desktop or mobile browser. On mobile, tap the sidebar button in the upper-left to open your notes and folders. If you use a Mac, you can also download the Mac app.

Create Your First Note

1. Create a Note and Start Writing

1. Click “New note”
2. Enter a title and start typing
3. Use AI features when needed

2. Create a Folder When Needed

Folders organize related notes. You can start writing without creating one.

1. Click “New folder” in the sidebar
2. Enter a folder name
3. Add custom instructions if needed

Move an existing note into a folder from the sidebar.

Try AI Features

Inki has several AI features to help you write. Try them as you go.

Inline Generation

Press Cmd+J or / to generate text on the spot.

​

AI Editing

Select text and AI will suggest improvements.

​

Rephrase

Select text to see different ways to say it.
